March 15th at 3pm the Frontenac Museum will recognize four local women business owners as part of Women's History Month. The four (4) individuals to be recognized are:
Kathleen Ganley - Healing Grounds Therapy & Cafe
Nikki Hodges - Union Springs Supermarket
Kelli Morgan - Morgan's Half Acre Produce
Kailey Nolan - Wildflower Creek Flower Farm
These women are being honored for their successes in helping to boost their local economies. All four women also serve as role models for young girls and women in the community.
Colleen Kattau, noted singer and songwriter will be performing as well, singing songs of the suffrage movement and women's history, as part of this celebration. Colleen is a long time musical activist, believing in the transformative power of song and all the arts to create a better world.
Please join us as we recognize the contributions of these local women entrepreneurs and support them as they create a brighter future for all women and girls.
This event is free and is supported in part by Commemorate 250 funding provided by the City of Auburn's Historic and Cultural Sites Commission and the NYS Equal Rights Heritage Center.
